L3 Support - Full Stack Engineer - SE / SSE

Job Description We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Support Engineer with hands-on expertise in supporting and maintaining complex applications across front-end and back-end systems. This role requires advanced troubleshooting skills, leadership in support processes, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while ensuring high-quality service delivery. Provide advanced technical support for full-stack applications, including UI, APIs, databases, and integrations. Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues. Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and performance. Manage escalated support tickets and ensure timely resolution. Oversee deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications in production. Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and establish best practices. Mentor and guide junior support engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to align support with business needs. Job Requirement 5-9 years of experience in full-stack development and technical support. Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue). Expertise in back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET). Advanced knowledge of databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices . Strong debugging, performance tuning, and system optimization skills. Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus). Familiarity with ITIL or other structured support frameworks. Ability to manage priorities in high-pressure environments. Strong customer focus and proactive problem-solving mindset.
