About the role: Web Analytics Engineer (Tealium Tag Support): Implement web analytics solutions on Tealium platform including testing and reporting. Develop and implement coding practices for site tagging and follow industry standards Serve as the "Tagging Implementation Expert" by evolving and managing the solution design reference documentation which outlines analytics variables, rules, and use cases across web properties and applications Work with the peers of analytics engineers to create, manage, and enforce digital analytics tagging standards to ensure robust and consistent data is captured for analysis. Develop custom solutions using Java Script within the Tag Management System for tracking user behavior and send the data from Tealium to Google Analytics for building further analytics reports. Implement Tealium tags and media pixels for web reporting within Google Analytics Collaborate with multiple web development teams, analytics teams, and marketing teams to engineer and manage the Tealium digital data layer across Equitable's various digital properties (Equitables websites and mobile) Test and validate the implementation of Google Analytics, Tealium tagging changes throughout the development lifecycle Maintain, implement and evolve site tagging, Including custom variables for advanced reporting, optimization and personalization. Manage Salesforce marketing cloud data imports and contacts lists by developing and updating data extensions. Maintain Salesforce marketing cloud data automations and remediate automation issues to reduce impact on campaign execution.
