Job title - Python Developer (React + AI) Experience - 3–5 Years Location- Remote Looking for Software Craftsperson with strong expertise in Python, React, and AI-driven development . This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, building scalable systems, and owning outcomes end-to-end. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable, maintainable systems using modern engineering practices Write high-quality code with TDD, refactoring, and continuous improvement Leverage AI tools to accelerate development while ensuring code quality Take ownership from problem discovery to production deployment Collaborate with teams and clients to deliver impactful technical solutions Perform code reviews, debugging, and production issue resolution Contribute to improving engineering practices and team efficiency Required Skills 3+ years of experience in software development Strong fundamentals in OOP, system design, and testing practices Hands-on experience with Python, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, AI tools Experience working with Git and collaborative codebases Strong problem-solving skills with a high ownership mindset
