About the role

Role Overview As a Full Stack Developer, you will contribute to the development of internal platforms, AI-assisted workflows, business applications, and customer-facing products. You will gain hands-on experience across frontend, backend, databases, cloud infrastructure, and modern AI development tools. What You Will Do Build and maintain web applications and internal software platforms. Develop frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks. Build backend APIs and business logic. Design and interact with relational and NoSQL databases. Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams. Debug, test, and optimize software systems. Use modern AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity. Participate in code reviews and engineering discussions. Learn and apply software engineering best practices. Required Qualifications B.E. / B.Tech. in Computer Science, Information Science, Electronics, AI/ML, or related disciplines. Strong understanding of programming fundamentals. Knowledge of at least one programming language: Python JavaScript / TypeScript Java C++ Familiarity with data structures and algorithms. Basic understanding of databases and APIs. Strong problem-solving ability. Good communication skills. Preferred Skills Must have excellent grasp on algorithms and data structures. Experience with any of the following is a plus: React.js Django / FastAPI Node.js PostgreSQL / MySQL Git and GitHub Docker Linux REST APIs AI coding assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) What Makes You Successful Here Curiosity and willingness to learn.
