About the role
- We are seeking a Network Support Engineer to join our IT support team. - Cybersecurity Applications. - Knowledge of LAN / WAN Network Technologies. - Provide L1 support and troubleshooting to resolve issue. - The engineer will be responsible for coordination with users for smooth functioning of IT infrastructure and timely delivery of IT support. - Responds to emergency or on-call situations in a timely manner. - Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability. - Identify and resolve GPON network issues promptly, minimizing service disruptions. - Must have OFC (Optical fiber cable) knowledge. - Having knowledge on ONT, OLT device.
