Business Data Analyst (Automation & Business Insights) - Trust and Safety

The Data Infrastructure & Business Insights (DIBI) team belongs to the Trust & Safety's Automation & Business Insights (ABI) department. We specialize in defining operational metrics, building scalable data infrastructure, delivering insights-driven performance reporting, and conducting cross-LoB business analysis. Our ultimate goal is to empower global moderation operations to thrive with quality, efficiency, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Define and iterate on core operational metrics systems and attribution frameworks, ensuring alignment with business strategies and operational needs. - Collaborate closely with Data Science (DS) and Data Warehouse (DW) teams to manage end-to-end data infrastructure, including dataset optimization, dashboard development, and maintenance. - Extend data automated reporting solutions and engage in proactive efforts that align with overall business goals - Develop and deliver comprehensive operational performance data reports, providing accurate, timely insights to track progress and identify improvement opportunities. - Conduct in-depth cross-LoB business analysis, translating data into actionable recommendations to empower data-driven operational decision-making. - Provide timely support for urgent business requests, including generating ad-hoc reports and preparing high-impact presentations complete with clear findings, observations, and strategic recommendations.
