Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support under supervision for hardware, software, and basic IT service issues - Help manage tickets, document resolutions, and maintain the knowledge base - Assist in identifying trends in support tickets and recurring issues - Support process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for improvement, collecting requirements, and providing optimization suggestions - Conduct research and development of AI-powered tools to support business functions including data visualization, summarization, workflow automation, or recommendations - Contribute to performance reporting and service improvement tracking - Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams on improvement or automation pilot projects
