About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Manager (AI SaaS) who can lead product strategy, roadmap planning, and end-to-end product execution. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing B2B SaaS products, collaborating with engineering and AI teams, and delivering customer-centric solutions. You will work closely with Developers, Designers, AI Engineers, QA, Marketing, and Leadership to build scalable AI-powered products that solve real customer problems and drive business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Roadmap Define, own, and execute the product roadmap aligned with business objectives.Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals.Identify product opportunities through user research, competitor analysis, and emerging technology trends.Develop product vision, feature prioritization, and release planning.Product Execution Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.Collaborate closely with Product Design, Engineering, AI, QA, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.Ensure timely delivery of product features while maintaining quality standards.Monitor product performance using data, analytics, and customer insights.Track project milestones, identify risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.Prepare product documentation, PRDs, user stories, and release notes.AI & Technology Understand AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Generative AI concepts applicable to SaaS products.Collaborate with AI teams to integrate intelligent product features.Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative product enhancements.Support AI-driven product optimization and automation initiatives.Stakeholder Management Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.Communicate product updates, milestones, risks, and roadmap progress effectively.Ensure alignment between customer needs, business objectives, and engineering execution.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support product launches and go-to-market strategies.Required Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of Product Management experience in IT SaaS products (Mandatory).Strong understanding of SaaS product development and product lifecycle management.Experience working on AI-enabled products or integrating AI capabilities into SaaS applications.Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Sprint Planning, and Product Backlog Management.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.Ability to translate business requirements into technical product specifications.Preferred Qualifications Experience working on AI, Visualization, Computer Vision, PropTech, Interior Design Technology, or Enterprise SaaS platforms.Basic understanding of APIs, system architecture, cloud technologies, and data workflows.Familiarity with SQL, product analytics tools, or business intelligence dashboards is an advantage.MBA, B.Tech, BE, MCA, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical/management qualification.Key Competencies Product Strategy & VisionAI Product ManagementSaaS Product DevelopmentAgile Project ManagementProduct Roadmap PlanningCross-functional LeadershipData-Driven Decision MakingCustomer-Centric ThinkingStrategic PlanningProblem Solving & ExecutionWhat We're Looking For Strategic thinker with strong business and technical understanding.Passionate about AI, SaaS, and digital innovation.Excellent leadership and ownership mindset.Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.Continuous learner who stays updated with AI and emerging technologies.Why Join Tilesview AI Work on cutting-edge AI-powered SaaS products.High ownership with opportunities to influence product direction.Collaborative, innovative, and Product
