Lead Software Engineer Backend (Hyderabad)

Full Stack Technical Lead (Backend Focused) Location: Visakhapatnam / Hyderabad (Hybrid) About Tilicho Labs Tilicho Labs is a product engineering company building scalable digital platforms and AI-native solutions. What You'll Do - Design and build scalable backend applications using Node.js and TypeScript. - Develop secure, high-performance REST APIs and microservices. - Design distributed systems and event-driven architectures. - Optimize application performance, database queries, caching, and scalability. - Build cloud-native applications on AWS. - Collaborate with frontend engineers using React.js/Next.js. - Review code, mentor engineers, and drive engineering best practices. - Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability. - Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making. Required Skills - 5+ years of experience in software development. - Robust experience with Node.js and TypeScript. - Experience with NestJS or Express.js. - Solid understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture. - Hands-on experience with Microservices and Distributed Systems. - Strong knowledge of Redis, PostgreSQL/MySQL, or MongoDB. - Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, SQS, CloudWatch). - Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines. - Working knowledge of React.js or Next.js. - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
