Technical AI Product Manager

As a Technical AI Product Manager at TIMBLE, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-native and agentic products. This includes translating complex operational problems into AI-driven workflows and autonomous agent solutions. You will prototype multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, and modern LLM tooling, building systems with tool calling, structured memory, planning, and reflection capabilities. Your role will also involve hands-on development by creating proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and MVPs using Python, integrating LLM APIs, vector databases, retrieval systems, and custom prompt engineering techniques. Additionally, you will be expected to convert stakeholder requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and high-quality PRDs. Leading sprint planning and agile ceremonies with backend and AI/ML teams will be crucial in ensuring agile execution. Defining and monitoring AI-specific KPIs such as token latency, system reliability, contextual accuracy, and hallucination rates will also fall under your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management (TPM) and a proven track record of shipping AI/ML, Generative AI, or LLM-based applications. Strong programming literacy in Python is essential for prototyping or designing AI agents/workflows. A B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related technical discipline from a reputed institute is required to meet the educational qualifications.
