About the role
About the job We are looking for a high-ownership Product Manager who can take our credit product from idea PRD design tech launch iteration. This is not a strategy-only role. Youll be deep in flows, APIs, lender rules, edge cases, drop-offs, and execution, working daily with designers and engineers to ship fast and improve conversion. What Youll Own End-to-end ownership of the Credit product journey onboarding, eligibility, consent, KYC, offer generation, disbursal, and post-disbursal flows. Ownership of every screen, API dependency, failure case, and fallback journey. Convert business requirements into PRDs, user stories, flow charts, and acceptance criteria that engineering can build without ambiguity. Drive features from 0 1 and 1 N, ensuring fast and clean releases. Be obsessive about edge cases, error handling, retries, and alternate journeys Sit with designers to create simple, trust-building, high-conversion credit journeys. Partner with engineers to break down requirements, resolve blockers, and make trade-offs when needed. Understand and implement lender rules, eligibility logic, BREs, consent frameworks, KYC flows, and disbursal logic. Ensure compliance-ready journeys while keeping UX fast and frictionless. Track funnel metrics such as drop-offs, approval rates, disbursal %, and TAT. Identify bottlenecks and push improvements that directly move conversion and revenue. Use data, feedback, and ops inputs to continuously refine the product. What Were Looking For 3-8 years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager in a tech-driven product. Strong execution mindset: you care deeply about getting things shipped. Comfort working with APIs, backend-driven flows, and system logic. Ability to turn messy business inputs into clear, structured product requirements. Strong communication skills and the ability to push alignment across teams. Big Plus If You Have Prior experience in fintech, lending, payments, or credit products. Exposure to KYC, bureau checks, loan journeys, NBFC integrations. Experience with Figma, Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, WebEngage. Startup experience where speed, ownership, and ambiguity were the norm.
