Your Role : As a ServiceNow GRC Consultant, you will help clients modernize their GRC and SecOps processes, combining process expertise, ServiceNow capabilities, and consulting skills to build scalable and sustainable solutions. Your Responsibilities : - Analyze, design, and optimize GRC, Risk, Compliance, and SecOps processes. - Facilitate client workshops for process definition, reengineering, gap analysis, and best practices. - Design solution architectures, roadmaps, and implementation strategies on ServiceNow (IRM, SecOps, BCM, etc. - Identify automation and efficiency opportunities, including impact and risk assessment. - Advise clients on organizational change and transformation initiatives. - Work closely with delivery teams and client stakeholders. - Support pre-sales activities such as scoping, estimations, RFP responses, and solution design. Depending on your seniority, you may also : - Independently lead complex workstreams and solution designs, or Act as an Engagement lead, owning delivery responsibility, leading project teams, and serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. What You Bring : - 3+ years of experience in GRC, Risk, Compliance, or IT SecOps. - Experience with process modeling, optimization, or quality management. - Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills. - Team-oriented, structured, and solution-driven mindset. - Passion for technology-led and data-driven GRC. - Experience leading projects or workstreams. - Exposure to pre-sales, scoping, and proposal processes. - Excellent English communication skills. - ServiceNow certifications (IRM, SecOps, BCM) are a plus, but not mandatory.
