RPA Developer Assist in developing and delivering automation solutions using leading RPA tools to improve operational efficiency and business productivity. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement RPA workflows based on business requirements. Analyze existing processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend improvements. Test, debug, and optimize automation scripts to ensure accuracy and performance. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and validate solutions. Monitor deployed bots, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support and maintenance. Maintain clear and detailed documentation of automation processes, workflows, and changes. Assist in deployment and ensure smooth transition of automated solutions into production environments. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere. Understanding of workflow automation and software development concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Keen interest in process optimization, innovation, and continuous learning.
