You will design contracttesting frameworks, reliability gates, smoketest automation, and offline validation suites that ensure zeroregression cutovers. This is a deeply technical, handson role where your automation frameworks, reliability patterns, and quality governance will shape how modernization teams deliver safely and predictably. What you will do Architect APIfirst contracttesting frameworks that validate APIM routing, compatibility, and strangled services. Integrate smoke, regression, and reliability tests directly into CI/CD pipelines with automated gating. Design offline, reconnect, and degradednetwork scenario suits ensuring robust client and backend behavior. Implement dataintegrity validation frameworks, reconciliation checks, and pre/postdeployment verification. Partner with developers to embed testability patternstelemetry hooks, mocks/stubs, and faultinjection points. Define releasereadiness criteria grounded in reliability of metrics, automated validation, and servicelevel health. Continuously evolving automation tooling, frameworks, and quality accelerators adopted across modernization teams. Drive a culture of reliability engineering through documentation, training, and crossteam technical leadership. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years automation engineering experience focused on APIfirst or distributed systems. Hands-on experience into Manual & Automation testing transforming experience Expertise integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines with gating and quality enforcement. Handson experience building test frameworks supporting cloudnative or modernized architectures. Preferred Qualifications Experience with consumerdriven contract testing (CDC) frameworks. Background in performance, resilience, or chaostesting patterns. Familiarity with eventdriven validation, async workflow testing, or distributedstate consistency checks.
