The Enterprise Business Technology team delivers and supports global platforms across Human Capital Management (HCM), Corporate Financial Systems, Site Solutions, and Compliance, Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability (CCRS). We manage a diverse portfolio of SaaS platforms, commercial off-the-shelf applications, and custom solutions that power critical business capabilities and ensure regulatory compliance. Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Engineer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow and SaaS platforms to design, build, and support scalable enterprise solutions. This role focuses on technical execution, solution development, and integration delivery, working closely with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Solution Development Design, develop, and configure solutions using:ServiceNow (App Engine, UI Builder, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Workspaces)SaaS platforms and custom applicationsTranslate high-level designs into detailed technical implementationsBuild and maintain scalable workflows, integrations, and reporting solutionsIntegration & Engineering Develop integrations using:REST/SOAP APIs, events, and middleware platformsImplement best practices for data exchange, error handling, and performanceSupport integration with third-party SaaS tools and enterprise systemsCollaboration Work with architects, Staff Engineers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and designsParticipate in design reviews and technical discussionsCollaborate across teams to deliver high-quality solutionsQuality & DevOps Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practicesContribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing (ATF)Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support and optimizationRequired Qualifications Bachelors Degree or equivalent Engineering skillset / training / work experience in relevant technical domain3-5 years Engineering experience in relevant technical domainHands-on experience with:ServiceNow: UI Builder, App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, IntegrationHubExperience developing integrations and SaaS-based solutionsProficiency in JavaScript and at least one other language (Java/Python/etc.)Strong understanding of APIs and integration patternsGood problem-solving and communication skillsNice-to-Have Experience with integration tools (Boomi, Kafka, Talend)ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD)Exposure to modern UI frameworks or Now ExperienceFamiliarity with test automation tools (e.g., Playwright) In addition to our open door policy and supportive work environment, we also strive to provide a competitive salary and benefits package.
