Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred). - 12 years of experience in the IT industry with a minimum of 3 years in IT asset management. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT support operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Asset, CMDB, Incident modules) and strong knowledge of Power BI for reporting and analytics. - Familiarity with MDM/BYOD concepts and proven ability to manage third-party vendors effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
