To-Let Globe is hiring for the role of Full Stack Developer Intern! Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer specializing in the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating efficient, scalable, and user-friendly applications while adhering to best coding practices. Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create responsive and intuitive user interfaces. Build RESTful APIs to integrate front-end and back-end systems seamlessly. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Work with databases, including schema design and query optimization using MongoDB. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture design, coding, testing, and deployment. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and enhance product development. Requirements: Technical Skills: Proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Material-UI. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of deployment on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Heroku is a plus. Experience with authentication methods (e.g., JWT, OAuth). Understanding of database design principles and server-side optimization. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail. Duration: 99 days + 6 days training Location: Work from home Working Days: 5 days a week from Monday - Friday Working hours: 3 flexible working hours (within 24 hours) Stipend: UNPAID Benefits: Certificate of Completion, Letter of Appreciation, and a Progress Report.
