The role involves defining time types, work schedules, and leave policies, ensuring accurate time valuation and compliance with statutory and organizational requirements. Key Responsibilities: Configure Time Types , Time Type Groups , and Time Recording Profiles . Design and maintain Work Schedules (duration, clock times, shifts, patterns). Set up and manage Leave Types , Leave Balances , and Holiday Calendars . Implement and fine-tune Time Valuation Profiles and Grade Rounding rules. Configure Auto Delegation , approval workflows, and escalation matrices. Ensure compliance with global and regional labor laws and company leave policies. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to integrate Time Tracking with Payroll and Attendance systems. Provide production support and resolve issues in Employee Central Time Tracking. Maintain configuration documentation and conduct training for HR Operations teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Employee Central Time Management . Strong knowledge of Time Valuation , Leave Accruals , and Attendance Rules . Familiarity with Workflows , Delegation Settings , and Quota Management . Proven ability to configure multiple Leave Types , Work Schedules , and Holiday Calendars . Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Time Management or Employee Central. Experience in global or multi-country time tracking implementations.
