About the role
Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day waterproofing and repair activities at project sites. Coordinate and guide labour teams to ensure smooth work execution. Ensure work is carried out as per instructions, and quality standards. Monitor material usage and report material requirements to office. Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, and work progress records. Ensure all workers follow safety rules and wear the required PPE. Report site issues, delays, and quality concerns to the Project Manager. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors whenever required. Ensure housekeeping and discipline are maintained at the project site. Assist senior engineers in site measurements, inspections, and project documentation. Travel to different project locations across india as assigned by the company. Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in civil engineering or construction supervision. Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution. Strong understanding of building construction processes, including civil site engineering principles. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members.
