Technical Security Manager

You will be working out of our Mumbai office reporting to the Head of Infrastructure Operations. You will be managing IT security globally in daily collaboration with colleagues from Group IT and other related departments in India, Denmark, Singapore, and the Philippines. Your tasks will include: Technical implementation of defined cyber security initiatives. Optimizing the tools already implemented for enhancing our information security (e.g. SIEM, AD audit tools, AD security, PKI infrastructure, Antivirus, vulnerability monitoring tool, etc.). Work on building our security setup in Azure together with our cloud infrastructure manager. Analyzing and suggesting solutions to new security issues and implementation of cutting-edge security tools for TORM. Working alongside colleagues globally and help them mitigate information security risks by enhancing our ability to predict, prevent and handle security incidents. Communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors regarding security initiatives. Profile Professionally, you have 5-7 years of operational experience as a security consultant, system administrator or similar. We expect you to have practical experience with some of the following areas: Hardening of network infrastructure Network communication and technology Vulnerability management incl. SIEM tools Access and privilege management PKI architecture PowerShell scripting as we try to automate as much as possible also on security. To succeed as a security consultant, you should have: Attention to detail as well as top-notch technical skills. Great communication and interpersonal skills. An analytical mindset to do analysis and investigations. You are a team player with a positive mindset, and you are fluent in English both verbally and in writing.
