Own and lead the technical transition of the BPMS platform from the SDP data center to DET. 2. Conduct performance testing and DR drills to ensure reliability and resilience. 3. Manage external entity integration activities end-to-end from initiation through production cutover including resolving functional and technical gaps, coordinating enhancements, and supporting SIT/UAT phases. 4. Enhance and maintain BPMS services in alignment with evolving business requirements. 5. Design and automate manual tasks in MWS, such as User Administration APIs. 6. Provide technical support and guidance to application teams on product fixes, SSL configurations, and related issues. 7. Perform production support activities, including issue resolution, reprocessing failed transactions, and on-demand troubleshooting. 8. Manage IID-BPM user administration, including creation, process mapping, and environment synchronization (QA/Prod). 9.
