About the role
Full time onsite in Riyadh, KSA Qualifications Strong networking foundation, with skills in Networking and Voice over IP (VoIP).Hands-on experience with Telephony systems and IVR platforms.Hand-on experience on DGVOXProficiency in Troubleshooting complex voice and network issues.Relevant certifications such as CCNA Collaboration/Voice and CCNP Collaboration/Voice or equivalent.Experience with Cisco Unified Communications solutions or similar voice technologies.Knowledge of SIP, RTP, QoS, and related voice protocols and standards.Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and configuration standards.Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
