Roles and responsibilities: Identify customer requirements and architect solutions and provide high quality responses to RFPs / RFIs as part of bid management process. Interfacing with various functional groups to obtain information required for proposals, compile and review to ensure consistency and completeness. Mapping of relevant sections requested in a Bid/RFP with different groups for support. Liaising with multiple functional teams /groups to align with customer's requirements and help create a winning response. Responsible to support the sales teams in workshops and client presentations with effective co-ordination from multiple functional teams in the organization. Interacting with supplier/ vendors for new products / services offerings. Responsible for management of the repository and ensuring that all the documentation has been done and submitted in the repository for future use Mandatory Technical Skills Network Architecture – Understanding of Networks, Internet, MPLS, VPN, Cloud Connectivity Contact Centre Technology & Infrastructure – Omnichannel Solutions, Voice, IVR, Chat, BOTs Architecture design IT Security Cloud Technologies Good to have skills AI/ML Technologies MS technologies - Power automate, Share point Business analysis Critical Competencies Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present business and technical issues, ideas, and recommendations clearly in verbal, written and presentation formats.
