Location: Goregaon ,Mumbai Experience: 1+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Rotational Shifts Job Summary We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (MTS) to provide technical support for products and APIs. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication abilities to support merchants, developers, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products and APIs. Diagnose customer issues and provide timely resolutions. Support merchants and developers during API integration and implementation. Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues. Assist with merchant onboarding and account configuration. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical solutions. Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering quality technical support. Required Skills Knowledge of Java, .NET, PHP, Python, or similar programming languages. Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, REST APIs, and client-server architecture. Understanding of API integrations and web technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment. Eligibility Criteria Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related technical field (BS/BSEE/CS).
