About the role
Job Title: ERP & Operations Automation Executive Experience: 1-3 years Role Summary We are looking for a practical, detail-oriented person to help implement and maintain our internal ERP/workflow systems across sales, quotation, design, production, inventory, dispatch, and accounts. The role is ideal for someone with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, basic automation experience. Key Responsibilities - Map company processes from quotation request to dispatch and payment. - Build and maintain trackers, forms, dashboards, and reports. - Support ERP/CRM implementation across sales, quotation, production, inventory, and accounts. - Create workflows for quote requests, project tracking, material consumption, purchase tracking, dispatch, and payment follow-ups. - Automate repetitive Excel/Google Sheets tasks using formulas, scripts, macros, or low-code tools. - Maintain master data such as customers, products, materials, vendors, and project codes. - Coordinate with sales, design, production, stores, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure data is updated correctly. - Create SOPs and train team members on using the system. - Identify gaps in the process and suggest practical improvements. - Work with external software vendors or consultants when needed. Required Skills - Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills: formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data cleaning. - Basic understanding of business workflows and operations. - Experience with any CRM, ERP, Airtable, Zoho, Smartsheet, or similar tool. - Ability to create forms, trackers, dashboards, and reports. - Positive communication skills to work with non-technical teams. - Detail-oriented and comfortable following up with people for data updates. - Basic understanding of inventory, purchase, sales, invoicing, or project tracking is preferred. - Basic knowledge of APIs or database concepts. .
