About the role
You would design and build highly scalable & available data platform systems. You would solve deep problems around performance, scalability for data systems. You would help scaling and operationalising data systems working closely with SRE teams. You would be building these platforms and systems that will be used by other product engineering teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science 5 - 7 years of work experience Strong and deep hands-on experience in modern large scale data systems with real-time steaming like Kafka messaging, Real-time streaming (Kafka/Flink etc) Strong hands-on experience with at-least one NoSQL Databases like MongoDB Strong experience in scaling and operationalising data systems to petabyte scaleExperience with modern OLAP systems like Apache Pinot, Druid will be a strong plus Strong and deep debugging skills in large scale data systems Experience of working with batch systems will be plus Experience of working with open source projects in data space will be a plus
