Product manager (eCommerce- Supply Chain)

As a Senior Product Manager at TraceLink, you will be responsible for expanding multi enterprise applications that enable Pharmaceutical companies and their partners to engage in compliance processes across the supply chain using TraceLinks Opus platform. Your role will involve working with cross-functional teams and customers, managing products from inception to launch, gathering requirements, and facilitating product rollout. Here are the key responsibilities for this position: - Serve as the voice of the customer (internal and external) for the product - Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders - Create and document product requirements and use cases - Define product features and functions, collaborating with User Experience team on persona definition and product UI designs - Present innovative product ideas and user interface designs to customers for feedback - Conduct design reviews with internal stakeholders and architects - Facilitate discussions on design and implementation approaches - Author, groom, and prioritize user stories for product features and functions - Participate in product development releases scheduling and planning - Resolve issues throughout the development lifecycle - Participate in bug triage and prioritization - Support the release process and provide status updates - Act as a product expert supporting Sales and Professional Services - Contribute to marketing materials and messaging - Conduct demos, presentations, and analyst briefings - Perform competitive analysis - Up to 10% travel may be required In this role, you will focus on the following areas: - Own and Enhance Scanning Mobility Solutions tailored for warehouse operations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative scanning mobility solutions - Drive the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch - Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs and market demands - Ensure high-quality standards and enhance user experience - Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure success - Enhance user experience of mobility devices and applications - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards - Provide training and support for effective adoption and utilization - Conduct market research and analyze industry trends Basic qualifications for this role include 8 years of total experience with 5 years as a product manager, preferably in warehouse operations focusing on scanning and mobility solutions. Good to have qualifications include supply chain knowledge, experience in ideating and delivering mobile Android applications, and knowledge of pharmaceutical warehouse operations. Technical degree, GXP knowledge, agile software development lifecycle, and Atlassian software knowledge will be beneficial in this role.
