As a Senior Database & Backend Developer at Tradelab Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance applications with a strong emphasis on database-centric architectures. Your expertise in SQL Serverdriven application architectures, backend development using ASP.NET/.NET, and front-end technologies will be crucial in optimizing performance and ensuring data integrity and security. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications with a focus on database-centric architectures. - Architect and optimize SQL Server databases, including schema design, stored procedures, functions, indexing strategies, and performance tuning. - Develop and maintain backend services using ASP.NET, C#, Web API, and related Microsoft technologies. - Build and enhance user interfaces using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and Bootstrap. - Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions. - Ensure application performance, data integrity, security, and scalability. - Collaborate with business, QA, and support teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Technical Skills: - Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, query optimization, execution plan analysis, indexing, partitioning, and troubleshooting. - Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET, C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, Web API, and related technologies. - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and responsive web development. - Experience with database migration, data integration, ETL processes, and reporting solutions. - Strong understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and software development best practices. Domain Expertise: - Strong understanding of financial distribution platforms and investment products. - Experience working with: - Mutual Funds Distributor and Advisor Platforms - Wealth Management and Investment Distribution Systems - Client Onboarding and Transaction Processing - Regulatory and Compliance Reporting Preferred Skills: - Experience in API integrations with third-party financial service providers. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and performance optimization capabilities. - Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design decisions.
