About the role
As a Cloud WMS Implementation Consultant or WMS Implementation Manager at Trangile Services, you will play a crucial role in leading end-to-end implementations of cloud-based Warehouse Management Systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the implementation process, from requirement gathering to solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support - Collaborating closely with clients to understand their business processes, map requirements to system capabilities, and recommend best practices for warehouse and logistics operations - Preparing functional and technical documentation, coordinating with development teams for integrations, conducting user training, and supporting change management activities - Monitoring post-implementation performance, resolving issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and templates Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong analytical skills to understand complex warehouse processes, interpret data, and propose effective WMS solutions - Experience in software implementation, preferably in Cloud WMS or related supply chain/warehouse systems, including configuration, testing, and deployment - Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management, requirement workshops, documentation, and user training - Customer service and customer satisfaction focus, with the ability to manage expectations, handle escalations, and build long-term client relationships - Hands-on exposure to WMS platforms such as Infor WMS, Oracle WMS, or similar, and understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics workflows - A Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field; relevant certifications in WMS, cloud, or supply chain are an advantage - Ability to work on-site with client teams, manage multiple projects or workstreams, and collaborate in cross-functional, global environments Join Trangile Services to be part of a global technology firm dedicated to driving transformation across various industries.
