IT Engineer

Job Description We are looking for a skilled IT Engineer to manage and support IT infrastructure, including servers, networking devices, CCTV systems, firewalls, and switches. The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT and security systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Key Roles Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain servers, networking devices, firewalls, switches, and CCTV systems. Monitor and troubleshoot network, server, and security infrastructure issues to ensure high availability. Configure and manage LAN/WAN networks, VLANs, routing, switching, and network security policies. Perform preventive maintenance, system upgrades, backups, and patch management. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and CCTV-related issues. Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams for implementation, support, and maintenance activities. Maintain technical documentation, asset records, and service reports while ensuring compliance with IT security standards. Required Candidate Profile Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field. 2 4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, CCTV, and Security Systems. Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux Servers, Firewalls, Switches, Routers, and CCTV systems. Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and network troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving and technical support skills. Willingness to travel for site support and project implementation, if required.
