About the role
As a potential candidate for the position at Paybooks, you will play a crucial role in the development of a global HCM platform with AI applications. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to grasp business requirements effectively. - Engage in user story grooming and sprint planning sessions. - Assist in the preparation of design documents to ensure clear project understanding. - Code and deliver user stories, conducting unit testing for quality assurance. - Stay updated with new technologies and execute Proof of Concepts to enhance product development. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. - Previous exposure to an agile development environment. - Proficient in cloud ecosystem and API products. - Hands-on experience in backend development using C#, ASP. Net Core, and any RDBMS. - Skilled in frontend development using the Angular framework. - Familiarity with unit testing tools for effective testing practices. - Knowledge of enterprise HCM products will be considered a valuable asset.
