Role Overview And Core Responsibilities - The Analyst will be responsible for supporting product managers, data managers and senior analysts in executing initiatives that are aimed at growing revenue and advancing technology around the IP (Internet Protocol) topology. - You will be working with other Data Analytics Team members as well as Engineers and Data Scientists to help improve automation algorithms and leveraging big data to arrive at the most up to date, accurate information to our customers. - Conduct ongoing data analyses in support of key customers, suppliers, and sales opportunities. - Work closely with the customer support team to ensure all response and resolution requirements are met. - Ensure accuracy by performing IP data audits. - Identify and deliver transparent and concise process improvements and/or product requirements to help drive the data roadmap.
