As the BI platform Product Owner at TransUnion, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the capabilities of our OneTru BI platform and tools. You will play a crucial role in connecting user requirements from different regions, analyzing gaps in our BI implementation, and collaborating with the engineering team to bridge those gaps. Your role will also involve leading the migration efforts to OneTru Insights, ensuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and enhance capabilities of the OneTru BI platform and tools - Understand and connect user requirements across different regions - Analyze gaps in current BI implementations and collaborate with engineering for solutions - Lead migration efforts to BI solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver BI solutions aligned with business goals - Develop and maintain a product roadmap for BI capabilities - Stay updated with the latest BI trends and technologies - Provide training and support to users for effective utilization of BI tools - Champion agile practices across the product team Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 6 years of experience as a product owner with a focus on BI platforms - Strong understanding of Tableau/Superset and core BI capabilities - Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into actionable plans - Experience in leading migration projects and ensuring seamless transitions - Knowledge of the latest BI trends and technologies - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams In this role, you will align the platform strategy with execution, ensuring the user story backlog is prioritized, refined, and aligned with key initiatives and features. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements as detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Additionally, you will act as the liaison between the development team and external stakeholders, ensuring open communication channels and clear expectations. Please note that this is a hybrid position involving regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
