About the role
Job Title: Microsoft Engineer Fresher Experience: Fresher (0–1 Year) Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (CSE/IT/ECE), BCA, MCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), or equivalent. Job Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation and support of Microsoft 365 solutions. Configure and manage Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune. Troubleshoot user issues and provide technical support. Monitor system performance and maintain documentation. Collaborate with senior engineers on Microsoft cloud projects. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server. Microsoft certifications (MS-900 or AZ-900) are an added advantage.
