Job Overview: As a Full Stack Architect at Tredence, you will lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications tailored for the retail industry. Success in this role means delivering robust architectures that accelerate product delivery, optimize performance, and ensure maintainability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, aligning technical solutions with business goals to drive innovation. This position plays a key role in strengthening Tredence’s capability to transform data-driven insights into actionable outcomes. What will your role look like? - Design and architect end-to-end full stack applications leveraging modern technologies to meet business requirements. - Lead technical discussions and guide engineering teams on best practices for application architecture and cloud deployment. - Develop scalable backend services using Node.js and Python, and build responsive front-end interfaces utilizing Angular and React frameworks. - Integrate data visualization components using Google Charts to present actionable analytics in intuitive formats. - Implement efficient database solutions using PL/SQL and SQL to support complex data operations and reporting. - Collaborate with cloud teams to deploy and optimize workloads on AWS infrastructure ensuring reliability and scalability. - Drive code reviews, mentorship, and continuous improvement initiatives to foster a high-quality engineering environment. - Troubleshoot and resolve architectural and performance issues across the technology stack. You will need: - Possess a BE/B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. - Demonstrate 7-12 years of progressive experience in designing and implementing full stack applications, preferably within the retail sector. - Apply strong expertise in application architecture, including microservices and API design. - Utilize proficiency in AWS services to architect scalable cloud-native solutions. - Develop frontend applications using Angular, React, and Node.js frameworks effectively. - Write robust backend code and scripts in Python, along with advanced SQL and PL/SQL for data handling. - Employ experience with data visualization tools, particularly Google Charts, to enable insightful analytics. Good to Have Skills: - Have familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes. - Understand DevOps practices for CI/CD pipelines to streamline application deployment. - Possess experience with other cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Demonstrate knowledge of security best practices in application design and data management. - Hold relevant certifications in cloud architecture, software development, or data engineering.
