Success in this role means delivering robust data models and KPIs that enhance supply chain decision-making and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate analytics into measurable business impact. This position plays a critical role in advancing Tredence’s mission to provide practical AI-driven solutions to retail clients. What will your role look like? - Design, develop, and maintain supply chain data models and dashboards focusing on demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and fulfillment analytics. - Extract, manipulate, and analyze data using PL/SQL and SQL to generate key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs). - Partner with business stakeholders to understand supply chain challenges and translate them into analytical requirements and solutions. - Monitor supply chain metrics and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by validating data quality and enhancing existing analytics frameworks. - Present complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will need: - Demonstrate 4-8 years of professional experience in supply chain analytics, preferably within the retail sector. - Apply strong expertise in PL/SQL and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. - Utilize in-depth knowledge of supply chain management domains including demand planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment. - Build and optimize data models to support robust supply chain KPIs and business metrics. - Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or a related technical discipline. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Good to Have Skills: - Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent. - Experience working with big data technologies or cloud platforms commonly used in analytics environments. - Knowledge of machine learning concepts applied to supply chain forecasting and optimization. - Strong communication skills that facilitate influence and knowledge sharing across teams. - Certifications in supply chain or data analytics fields, such as APICS or relevant SQL/data science certifications.
