We are the most loved hotel chain in the affordable segment, with an average rating of 7.8/10 across independent review platforms — and we are just getting starte d About the role We are looking for a Tableau Developer / Business Intelligence Analyst who is passionate about transforming data into meaningful business insights. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements, build interactive Tableau dashboards, develop robust SQL-based data pipelines, and deliver scalable reporting solutions that drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities ● Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and document reporting requirements, business objectives, and KPIs. ● Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations that provide actionable business insights. ● Build and maintain robust data pipelines using SQL and other ETL tools to ensure accurate, reliable, and timely data availability for reporting. ● Optimize Tableau workbooks and underlying data models to improve dashboard performance and scalability. ● Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of business reports. ● Monitor and maintain existing dashboards, implementing enhancements based on changing business requirements. ● Work closely with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Product teams to ensure seamless integration of data sources and reporting solutions. ● Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data workflows to reduce manual effort. ● Explore and leverage AI-powered analytics capabilities, including Tableau AI features, LLMs, and AI-assisted development tools, to improve productivity and business decision-making. ● Stay updated with the latest advancements in Tableau, data visualization best practices, AI technologies, and analytics trends. ● Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), dashboard validation, and production deployments to ensure high-quality deliverables. ● Support ad-hoc analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to business stakeholders.

What are we looking for - ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field. ● 2+ years of experience in Tableau development, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics. ● Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Cloud/Server, dashboard development, and performance optimization. ● Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries, joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization. ● Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines using SQL and ETL/ELT processes. ● Good understanding of data warehousing concepts, relational databases, and dimensional data modeling. ● Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar is preferred. ● Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and BI development best practices is an advantage. ● Exposure to AI technologies, including LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT), AI-assisted analytics, Tableau AI features, or AI development tools, with the ability to leverage them to improve analytics workflows. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions. ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
