About the role
Role Overview: As a Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for developing landscape concept designs, master plans, and detailed working drawings. You will create accurate 2D and 3D landscape drawings using AutoCAD and other design tools. Additionally, you will modify and update drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and client feedback. Conducting site analysis, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop landscape concept designs, master plans, and detailed working drawings - Create accurate 2D and 3D landscape drawings using AutoCAD and other design tools - Modify and update drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and client feedback - Conduct site analysis including grading, drainage, planting, and hardscape layouts - Coordinate with architects, engineers, QS teams, and project managers to gather technical details - Ensure all landscape drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and company guidelines - Prepare and maintain Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and assist in cost estimation - Create plant deck and design presentations using PowerPoint for client approvals - Assist in preparing quotations based on project scope and client requirements - Maintain proper documentation, drawing versions, and project records - Conduct quality checks to ensure design accuracy and constructability Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Diploma in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field - Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) - Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong understanding of landscape elements such as planting, hardscape, irrigation, and levels Additional Company Details: The company offers a full-time employment opportunity with working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. The salary ranges from Rs.50,000 to Rs.60,000 per month. In addition, benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund are provided. The work location is in person.
