Sr. Engineer - Roughing

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer Roughing to manage and oversee rough machining operations in the production process. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and optimizing roughing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely output. What youll do Plan and supervise roughing operations in machine shop/production line Ensure proper setup, tooling, and machine readiness for rough machining processes Monitor production output and ensure adherence to quality and productivity standards Coordinate with production planning and tool room teams for smooth operations Analyze machining processes to improve cycle time and reduce wastage Troubleshoot operational issues and provide technical support to operators Maintain production records, reports, and shift-wise performance data Train and guide operators and junior engineers in roughing operations What were looking for BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Related Field 5-10 years of experience in Roughing / Machining Strong knowledge of machining processes (Roughing operations) Understanding of CNC / conventional machine tools Tool selection and setup knowledge Production planning and shop floor management Reading engineering drawings and specifications What we offer Competitive Salary Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
