Director, Technology Services’

This role manages TresVista's Enterprise Technology unit to achieve the firm's digital transformation vision. The role has a major responsibility of guiding the business to achieve a competitive edge through enhancement in technology, systems capabilities and effective management of the key technology departments comprising Infrastructure & Security, End user computing, Enterprise Computing and Digital Enablement. Strategic Priorities • Overseeing technology projects to ensure alignment with business goals and timely delivery. • Managing infra security protocols and infrastructure to safeguard organizational data and systems. • Supervising EUC & EC operations to maintain seamless technology services across departments. • Leading consulting and engineering efforts for the development and deployment of software products. • Providing oversight on technology products from product management, product engineering, and testing perspective. • Establishing and managing a Business Intelligence department focused on data engineering and data analytics to support data-driven decision-making. • Creating and nurturing innovation, experimentation, and development of innovative technology solutions towards increased efficiency. Technology Planning • Understanding business directives to derive plans • Developing & reviewing plans to drive forward and execute technology transformation strategy and organization wide digital enablement. • Determine strategic direction, vision for technology function, and guide the team in the achievement of the vision. • Continuously and proactively seeking ways for IT to deliver value to the business. • Collaborating with stakeholders to communicate and embed IT strategic management via actionable objectives, accountabilities, and progress monitoring Technology Monitoring • Identifying and assessing new and emerging technologies, products, services, and frameworks related to digital technologies. • Communicating the impact of emerging technologies and their importance to TresVista’s senior leadership team and business stakeholders Program & Portfolio Management • Overseeing the effective management of major projects & programming them to support the technology vision and jointly own the delivery and outcome. • Ensuring the preparation and ongoing management of the IT budget and the delivery of cost effective, timely and reliable business solutions and support activities Quality Assurance & Business Process Improvement • Developing enterprise business process management capabilities to increase organizational agility and responsiveness to change • Planning and implementing organization-wide processes and procedures for the management of risk to the success or integrity of the enterprise. • Ensuring that processes are in place to facilitate adherence to standard development methodology and IT architecture. • Ensuring delivery of operational services in accordance with service level agreements established with the business. • Ensuring processes are in place to enable effective security and change management procedures. • Identifying and implementing improvements to business models, business operations and services with improved processes People Management • Planning, designing, and implementing an integrated organization structure and culture. • Ensuring that the up-skilling and cross-skilling of technology team to future proof organizations interest • Planning and implementing activities to transition the organization and people to the required future state. • Providing IT management with necessary direction and leadership • Monitoring and maintaining team morale Prerequisites • Core understanding of Digital technologies and Enterprise Architecture • Understanding of Networking, Security and Cloud technologies • Understanding of Financial Services or Professional Services Consulting business environment • 15+ years of relevant work experience • Engineering degree with MBA (from Tier-1 institutes)

Enterprise Architecture
