PACO Deployment/Integration Engineer Description : As a PACO Deployment/Integration Engineer, you will be at the forefront of deploying and integrating our cutting-edge Packet Core Optimization (PACO) solutions within diverse mobile network environments. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with clients, internal engineering teams, and project managers to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our solutions. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing network efficiency, reducing operational costs, and improving the overall user experience for millions of mobile subscribers. Key Responsibilities : - Deploy and integrate PACO solutions into live mobile networks, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to project timelines for key telecom clients. - Configure and optimize PACO parameters to maximize network performance and efficiency, directly impacting network capacity and user experience. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, leveraging deep understanding of mobile network protocols and architectures to maintain network stability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and sales, to ensure successful solution deployment and customer satisfaction. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including integration guides, test plans, and troubleshooting procedures, facilitating knowledge sharing and efficient problem resolution. - Conduct thorough testing and validation of PACO solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements, leading to successful product acceptance. Required Skillset : - Demonstrated ability to deploy and integrate complex network solutions within live mobile network environments. - Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving network issues, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Comprehensive understanding of mobile network architectures and protocols, including VoLTE, IoT, GSM, SS7, SIGTRAN Protocols, GTP Protocols, Diameter, and TCP/IP. - Hands-on experience with EPC Emulators and network testing tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Adaptable to work in a dynamic environment and travel to client locations as needed.
