They bring together the brightest minds to build the future of Insurance; a world where Insurance makes life and business easier, more connected, and better protected.Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst Data & Analytics to support global technology initiatives focused on enterprise data platforms, including Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), Data Fabric, and Advanced Analytics. This role will act as a critical liaison between business stakeholders, data product owners, and IT delivery teams, translating analytical and data-driven business needs into scalable, high-quality data solutions.The ideal candidate brings strong Agile/Scrum and DevOps experience, deep exposure to data and analytics initiatives, and the ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Agile Delivery & Stakeholder EngagementAct as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead for data and analytics initiatives, facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectivesPartner closely with business stakeholders, data consumers, and product owners to elicit, analyze, document, and validate data and analytics requirementsLead stakeholder engagement to support data solution definition, prioritization, and delivery planning across analytics, reporting, and data platform initiativesData & Analytics FocusTranslate business needs into data-centric functional and non-functional requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria for:Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)Data Fabric / Data Integration platformsAdvanced analytics, BI, and reporting solutionsCollaborate with data architects, data engineers, and analytics teams to ensure alignment between business objectives, data models, pipelines, and analytics outputsSupport initiatives related to data governance, data quality, metadata, lineage, and master/reference dataEnable analytics use cases across finance and project-based business domains, including performance management, forecasting, and operational insightsPlanning, Estimation & DevOps CollaborationSupport estimation, roadmap planning, and backlog management for data and analytics productsWork closely with DevOps and platform teams to support CI/CD for data pipelines, release planning, and deployment activitiesEnsure solutions align with enterprise data standards, security, and compliance requirementsGlobal CollaborationWork effectively with global IT and data teams across the US, India, and Australia, accommodating multiple time zonesFacilitate clear communication between business, analytics, and technical teams in a distributed delivery modelQualifications:Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst supporting data, analytics, or data platform initiatives in an agile environmentStrong knowledge of Scrum, Agile delivery frameworks, and DevOps practicesHands-on experience working with:Enterprise Data Warehouses (EDW)Data integration / data fabric conceptsBI, reporting, or advanced analytics solutionsExperience supporting finance and project-based business analyticsStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business questions into actionable data and analytics requirementsDemonstrated ability to work with distributed global teams across multiple regions and time zonesExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skillsPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience in contract-to-hire roles or similar transition modelsScrum Master or Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent)Experience working in large, matrixed or global organizationsTribolaTechFounded in 2009, TribolaTech specializes in providing Information Technology Solutions and Outsourcing Services.
