Responsibilities Create and process Dock AuditsCreate and process PPAP documentsTrack and manage local supplier cycle times when requestedProvide video reviews of new local suppliers when requiredInspect PPAP samples at local suppliersInspect Production parts per AQL at local suppliersReview documents and revert back to supplier when corrections needed8D capability and application if neededProvide technical support as needed to supplierWork with supplier to build Gantt charts and robust Control Plans as requiredJoin Teams meetings as required HuddlesReport dock audit activities to engineering teamPerform supplier and process audits as required in local areaSchedule inspections in areas outside of local areaPerform document control tasks, such as print control Qualifications Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineer degree3 - 5 year's experience/training with metrology equipment such as CMM, height gauge, profilometer, mics, etc.Mini-tab experience preferredQuality Inspection experience requiredUp to 50% travel may be required to visit supplier locations for on-site inspections, ensuring parts meet quality standards and specifications.
