Custom Software Engineer -Java Full Stack Development

As a Custom Software Engineer, your role involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with the team to perform effectively. - Responsible for making team decisions and ensuring their successful implementation. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions that impact project outcomes. - Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of development activities to ensure alignment with project goals. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster their professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to drive project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills include proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Rest, Database, Unit and Integration Test, Gitlab, CICD, and SDLC Process. - Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Experience with back-end development using Java and related frameworks. - Familiarity with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases. - Understanding of software development methodologies and version control systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the stack. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. This position is based at the Gurugram office. A 15 years full-time education is required.
