Role Overview: You will be responsible for migrating jQuery based applications to React, converting and refactoring existing applications to ensure functionality, performance, and user experience are maintained during the transition. Additionally, you will collaborate with designers and back-end developers to create new, interactive, and user-friendly React applications from scratch, following best practices in component-based design. Your role will also involve writing clean, modular, and reusable code, optimizing applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness across all devices and browsers, and working closely with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to implement visually appealing and functional user interfaces and ensure smooth data flow. You will also be involved in writing and maintaining unit and integration tests for React components, identifying and fixing bugs or performance bottlenecks, and using Git for version control. Furthermore, you will provide guidance and support to junior developers to help them improve their React and JavaScript skills.
