Integration Specialist JD Position: ServiceNow Integration Developer Role Description: The ServiceNow Integration Developer, who will work closely with customer to ensure the stability and growth of ServiceNow at Fulton. The Automation and Integration Developer will bring expertise and provide overall guidance on best practices and standards to serve all of Fulton business and technology groups. The position will require the ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as work collaboratively with teams. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub, and other supported technologies Configure and manage API integrations, data imports/exports, and authentication methods (OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, API keys. Develop and maintain custom APIs, web services, and data transformation logic. Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across integrated systems. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including performance bottlenecks and data mismatches. Maintain documentation for integration architecture, data flows, and technical specifications. Delivers new functionality across applications. Build and optimize integration workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub Spokes. Supports entire development lifecycle Analyze and translate business information and technical requirements into architectural blueprints Propose solutions to achieve complex business objectives Advise on configuration and coding standards Support the design and implementation of a platform operating model to achieve desired outcomes and facilitate end-user adoption Drive solid instance health by reviewing and guiding the remediation of configurations that do not align to ServiceNow best practices Define solutions across the platform that align to out of the box capabilities Drive the adoption of new features and functionality Work closely with the Fulton team to align with other products and solutions Knowledge on Workspaces, Service Catalogs and Record Producer Knowledge on modules like ITSM, CMDB, HAM SAM will be good to have. Skills and Experience 6+ years overall experience in designing and implementing complex ITSM, ITOM (CMDB, CSDM), Scoped application and ITIL processes with at least 5 years focused on integrations. Strong expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and MID Server. Experience integrating ServiceNow with tools such as SAP, Workday, Azure AD, Jira, SCCM, or custom applications. Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, XML, and PowerShell or Python scripting. Experience in design and configuring MID servers Familiarity with ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and HRSD modules.
