About the role
Manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure including Windows Server environments, virtualization, networking, and end-user technical support. Administer Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 R2, AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, WDS, and Group Policies Perform FSMO role transfers (NTDSUTIL) and advanced AD tasks Manage VMware vSphere/vCenter (5.5/6.7), ESXi hosts, VMs, vMotion/Storage vMotion Configure RAID 5 on HP Proliant/Dell EMC servers; troubleshoot Cisco switches Manage remote access via OpenVPN, Citrix/NetScaler Gateway Ensure endpoint security (Kaspersky/Trend Micro), backups, and WSUS patching Provide L1/L2 support (ServiceNow/CA Service Desk) for Windows XP 10, CentOS, Ubuntu, O365, Outlook, Teams Maintain IT asset inventory Qualifications: B.Tech in Computer Science or related field 4+ years' experience in Windows Server administration, virtualization, and IT infrastructure support Manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure including Windows Server environments, virtualization, networking, and end-user technical support.
