IT Manager

Overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of software applications, hardware, and network systems. Ensuring compliance with IT security and compliance standards. Managing vendor relationships and service level agreements. Providing technical support to end-users. Managing IT staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Collaborating with other departments to ensure that the IT infrastructure meets business requirements. Knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems, and software applications. Familiarity with IT security and compliance standards. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
