Role Overview: As a Data Analyst, your primary responsibility will involve gathering and organizing data from various sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting. You will use analytical tools and techniques to analyze data, identify patterns, trends, and insights to support decision-making for the project. Collaborating with the development team, you will gather software project requirements based on data analysis, testing and validating software, and effectively communicating with stakeholders, developers, and project team members. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and organize data from databases, spreadsheets, and other systems. - Analyze data using statistical methods, create visualizations, and identify correlations and causations. - Work with the development team to gather software project requirements based on data analysis. - Test and validate software to ensure it meets requirements and performs as expected. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, developers, and project team members. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or a related field. - 3+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, preferably in the software industry. - Proficiency in programming languages like SQL, Python, R, and familiarity with database management systems, data visualization tools, and statistical analysis tools. - Good communication skills to present complex data clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Knowledge of the software development process and experience in software development environments. Location: This role is based at the client office in Delhi.
