QA Testing

About the internship: 1.Manual Testing Design, execute, and maintain functional, regression, smoke, integration, and exploratory test cases. Create comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases. Test web applications, dashboards, APIs, and AI-powered products across multiple environments. Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using Jira or similar bug-tracking tools. Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before product releases. Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure timely issue resolution. 2. AI Testing Test and validate AI chatbots, AI agents, and LLM-powered workflows. Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and reliability. Identify hallucinations, edge cases, prompt failures, and unexpected model behavior. Test conversational flows, context retention, memory, and multi-step interactions. Validate integrations with APIs, CRM platforms, Shopify, WhatsApp, and other third party services. Provide detailed feedback to improve AI performance and user experience. 3. Automation Testing Assist in developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts. Execute automation test suites and analyze test results. Learn and work with modern automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress. Contribute to improving automation coverage for regression and repetitive testing. Good to Have  Basic understanding of automation testing concepts.  Familiarity with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.  Basic programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or Java.  Fundamental knowledge of SQL.  Experience with Git/GitHub.  Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.  Interest in Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, and Generative AI.
